Confluence Planning and Project Management commenced in early 2024 to provide quality planning and project management services to public and private sector clients.

With a dynamic and changing urban development landscape, CPPM was established to help guide public and private sector clients through the challenging NSW planning system and to avoid the pitfalls of policy change that can undermine development and infrastructure projects.

EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS

Experience working for Transport for NSW and Department of Planning, Housing, and Infrastructure, City of Sydney, developer peak bodies and the private sector on major planning and infrastructure projects including Green Square, the South West Rail Link, Sydney’s Growth Centres, Lidcombe Town Centre and various residential and industrial projects.

    For over 30 years’, David has been working in a diverse range of roles and functions within the NSW property industry. Paired with a strong professional network positions CPPM as a strategic partner in any property project.

  • Town Planning

    With a Bachelor of Town Planning (UNSW), and decades of experience working with a diverse range of clients, CPPM can assist with a range of town planning services.

  • Project Management

    From multi-residential projects to strategic guidance, including industrial and commercial property developments, CPPM can guide from concept to completion.

SKILLS

With over three decades experience in the property industry, CPPM can assist with a wide range of projects, including:

  • Planning approvals under Part 4 and Part 5 of the NSW Environmental Planning and Assessment Act 1979

  • Project management and program management

  • Strategy and policy advice and submissions on major issues including industrial, commercial, residential development and infrastructure planning

  • Master of Ceremonies at major events

  • Completion of numerous media articles on transport planning, industrial development, town centres and infrastructure servicing

  • Presented at International and Australian conferences on planning and infrastructure projects
